Role Description:

The Appointment Setter Role is a highly flexible, part-time, fully remote, and extremely well compensated commission-based role that allows you to share in the growth of Awakenpedia and support our mission. This is a very simple outreach position, in which you will be using Instagram and potentially other leading social media platforms to discover, reach out, & set appointments with prospective holistic practitioners, energy healers, and awakening guides. Your only objective is to introduce aligned practitioners to Awakenpedia and to encourage them to schedule a call with our Founder to explore joining the Partner Program. These outreach scripts will be optimized and shared with you ahead of time, making it easier and quicker for you to reach more prospects!

Compensation:

• You’ll receive $20 – $40 / every new sign up that you introduced
• up to $2,000 Expected Earnings / Month for ~ 10-20 hours / week of templated outreach
• $300 Annual Wellness Stipend that you can use to sign up for any of our Events, Retreats, or Healing Services.
• Monthly Bonuses available based on performance
• Awakenpedia “Swag Bags” available upon hitting certain milestones

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work on a fully 100% commission-based earnings model
• Experience or interest in spirituality / energy work / holistic health is a MASSIVE PLUS (will serve you greatly here)
• Must be willing and able to send a minimum of 25 outreaches / day (i.e. 500 / month)
• Must have a usable and reliable device / internet signal to send outreaches consistently
• Must have an active and polished Instagram Account that you know how to use & navigate
• Must have an active PayPal Account that can receive payments from the U.S. (how you get paid!)
• Must be willing and able to put “New Partner Discovery Team @Awakenpedia” in your Instagram Bio
• Must be willing and able to do your own research to discover aligned & compatible healers to message! (we will share the basic criteria you need to know / what boxes need to be checked, but it’s very simple and easy)
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively without any supervision or micromanagement
• Experience in appointment setting / business development / cold outreach is a plus!
