I am Aly – Holistic Wellbeing Coach! I have worked for a decade in the financial world and changed my career towards holistic wellbeing coaching after I overcame a burnout due to a lack of knowledge and self-responsibility of how to take care of my emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing in the challenging corporate world.
Mindfulness, yogic practices, meditation, and breathe work were my pillars to gain back my power over my wellbeing. That was the turning point where I wanted to contribute in a more meaningful way and share my knowledge with others who experience similar challenges. I know how difficult it is to start and that time is so precious – yet, if we have the right education and understanding about how to use our own mental, physical, and spiritual resources – we can achieve visible results with a minimum time investment. This is the idea behind offering my mental and physical fitness practices.
I help those who are new to mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and breathe work to go that first step and learn these practices. Especially if you seek some practical assistance and how to not only practice them, but use them in your day-to-day life, you are right here!
