This session is dedicated to rediscovering you, and finding ways that feel best for you to strengthen your relationship with your higher self. Sometimes we come to a point in our lives where we feel a disconnect, somehow we have lost ourselves and must pause to return to center. Just as we must explore which foods and forms of movement feel best for our physical body, personalizing a spiritual practice is the key to reconnecting to our soul and most authentic selves, leading to living our best life.
Guided Holistic Emotional Freedom Technique
Holistic Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) blends the benefits of cognitive therapy with acupressure to resolve physical, mental, and emotional issues. This technique is used to restore balance to disrupted energy systems and can treat a vast variety of issues including anxiety, depression, physical pain, emotional eating, and insomnia. Tapping is a self-empowering tool that helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls your stress response. When new neuropathways are formed, positive changes are possible.
Bach Flower Therapy (Consult + Personalized Remedy)
Flowers possess powerful energetic frequencies with unique vibrations to raise the vibration of our etheric body to support homeostasis. Bach Flower Remedies are safe, natural, and non-habit-forming. A personalized blend can help improve emotional and mental states, thus balancing the body and the mind. These essences can help with a variety of issues such as coping with stress, anxiety, and depression; aids with alleviating anger, fear, guilt, worry, and many other disruptive feelings that trigger dis-ease in the body. Hello!
My name is Cristen and I am a Certified Integrative Wellness Professional and Reiki Master, with over 25 years of experience serving others as a teacher, coach, and healer. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association and the International Association of Therapists, specializing in Holistic EFT, Bach Flower Therapy, and energy healing, with a deep connection to Shamanic practice. The field of health and wellness has been my world for three decades, and my work has evolved exponentially, taking me on many paths- personally, academically, and professionally. I am dedicated to holding space for others to be seen and heard, promoting self-discovery, inspiration, growth, and positive change. My signature style is a deeply intuitive process to personalize a unique integrative healing session to best serve my client.
My on-ramp to discovering my calling was a hybrid of my passions, including fitness, nutrition, dance, and creative arts. As a young adult I began an extensive career advocating for the therapeutic benefits of community recreation, eager and ready to help others embrace healthy living. I quickly became intrigued by constant self-sabotaging behaviors (my own, as well as noticing the repeating patterns of my clients), and back to school I went to earn a Master’s Degree in Human Behavior to gain deeper knowledge of the mind.
Ultimately, my own personal healing journey has been the guiding force leading me to explore, study, and apply a variety of techniques throughout my profession and was the inspiration for the evolution of my personal business. After struggling with grief for years, my focus shifted to energy psychology, and with a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies, I began to utilize a multi-faceted approach to optimize happiness, vitality, and well-being. Throughout my studies, I have obtained a vast portfolio of additional specialty certifications to continue adding to my toolkit, including Art Therapy, Spiritual Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnosis for Therapy and Healing, to name a few. I certainly value my education, training, and professional experience, but it is undeniable that credentials pale in comparison to my greatest teacher- life.
I keep my light shining through my dedication to my own personal development and am committed to assisting others rediscover their light. I believe that holistically, genuine therapy involves guiding clients to access the truth that already resides within themselves. This is empowering, putting them in touch with their strengths, and allowing them to gently release the limitations that are preventing them from living life fully. Each journey is ongoing and individualized, and I am eternally grateful to have the opportunity to dedicate my gifts towards helping others.
