Description: The road to self healing is a continuous journey which is why I recommend a 6 session package for my 1:1 clients. This allows us the time together to progress through the layers of the body that need the most attention. Each client receives a customized plan that is specific to your needs physically, emotionally, spiritually & financially. The frequency of our sessions depends solely on your needs (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly).
Duration: 6 Sessions x 90 Minutes / Session

Hello beautiful beings!
My name is Jamie Gooch, I am a certified breathwork facilitator and somatic healer based in Painesville, Ohio. My goal is to co-create safety in this community where you feel safe to grow, heal and expand your awareness. I strive to help you become aware of how powerful you are – your body holds the key to self healing and growth. I work with clients 1:1 and in group settings to raise awareness on healing from within by using our own breath as the guide.
My awakening journey started in 2018, I was working full time as a dental hygienist when I began to question the unspoken “rules” and pressures from the healthcare field to conform to a specific way of healing. My feelings of anxiety began to heighten the more I learned and the farther I ran from previously conditioned beliefs.
I personally found breathwork during 2020 to aid in letting go of anxious thoughts and panic in a natural way. I was guided to become a certified breathwork facilitator and upon completion of my educational journey I created my business Expanding Consciousness LLC where I work today with clients virtually, in studio and in my community. My sessions are full of specific breathing patterns and somatic practices to guide you inward past the mind for expansive growth, clarity and alignment.

Jamie\’s Breathwork sessions are some of the finest I\’ve experienced. My life has changed since singing up with Jamie for breath-work. I never realized how much tension and anger I held in. During our morning breath-work sessions I felt calmer and more in tune with my body. Jamie also taught me how to embrace all emotions without over reacting to them but just sitting in the moment and allowing them.
These past few months there has been a lot going on in life. I tend to get overwhelmed when I have so many plans and it start negatively affecting me and my thought process. So my girlfriend signed me up for this giveaway and I was lucky enough to be chosen. I finally went to my breathwork session and WOW. I did not realize how much I was holding in. I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. It’s a very homey and cozy place. We chatted for a bit, got comfortable then got started. As soon as we started I could already feel myself letting go of all my anxiety and stress I was carrying. I was guided gently, without judgment to my inner calm. This was an eye opening experience for me. Just breathing and being present made magic happen. There is power behind the simple action of breathing. Jamie is a wonderful guide into breath work her soft voice and instructions are clear and easy to follow. She takes you on an awesome journey and leaves you feeling refreshed.
