I have always been interested in – or rather fascinated by – the healing arts.

I attended the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and went on to work in theater for a good chunk of my life.

After adopting 3 boys (not all at once) and relocating to the US, I found myself doing my best to be financially responsible and worked in corporate America. I spent several years as a Business Coach/Consultant, but I knew instinctively that this was not my purpose. Through my own health journey, I was introduced to Functional Medicine, and everything changed. I took what I had learned about the magic of coaching and shifted into the wellness space as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

It was then just a short leap to the world of longevity pathways and the understanding that we may be predisposed to things in our genetic makeup – but we are most certainly not pre-determined by the same. We have the power through diet, exercise, lifestyle, community, and stress management, to take back the reigns and extend not only our lifespan – but more importantly our HEALTHSPAN, Living Young at Any Age.

Aging powerfully and with purpose is why I do what I do. I firmly believe that this stage of life offers incredible opportunities for transformation and well-being. This life stage possesses a wealth of experience and wisdom that can be harnessed for positive change.
Through Health Coaching, I now aspire to be the trusted partner and advocate for those who seek to live their lives with boundless vitality and make the most of the precious gift of life. Together, we can rewrite the story of aging and help people not just add years to their lives but savor every moment with youthfulness, energy, and joy.
