Relax and heal with the gentle but powerful energies of Reiki. When working with humans or their beloved animals, we will always start with a brief video call on Google Meet (15 minutes) to talk about the situation and our goals for the session. Afterwards, we will close the video and you will relax or meditate (I will provide suggestions and music, if needed) and I will do your Reiki treatment (30 minutes).
If you chose Classic Distance Reiki, your session concludes at the end of the 30-minute treatment.
**I am a highly sensitive and intuitive individual, so I channel information for my clients as I am going though the treatment. If you chose Intuitive Distance Reiki, we will have a second video call to talk about the wisdom and guidance that came through for me during your session.

Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice that exists in every part of the world. Many of your ancestors were likely Shamanic practitioners–or even shamans!– and so for many people, finding out about and practicing Shamanism feels a lot like coming home. Each person on this planet has the ability to connect with what is known as a power animal, which is the spirit of a species of animal (such as Hawk, Horse or Deer) with whom you can form a deep and lasting relationship. I offer this service to my clients, helping them to journey into the Shamanic Lower World, accompanied by my drumming, to meet their power animal.
Shamanism is also a practice that is deeply healing, full of wisdom and connected profoundly with the earth. I am able to undertake shamanic journeys to ask for healing on various emotional, mental, spiritual and physical illness and ailments.
Lastly, I offer training to teach you how to travel in the Shamanic Upper and Lower worlds, to connect you deeper with your power animal and much more. I offer this service with the goal of ultimately allowing you to travel confidently and independently when you feel the need to seek guidance and help in these Other Worlds.

When I’m not helping other humans (or interviewing them), I can often be found exploring the world or the woods by bike or on foot. In fact, I feel more at home outdoors than inside four walls and, as a result, my practice is deeply connected to the wisdom found in nature’s cycles, seasons and its flora and fauna. I have also been a Shamanic practitioner for over 10 years.
Fun facts: I am a cat mom to a (naughty) black and white kitten named Tiu (which means “moon” in the Etruscan language). I’m also an American expat living just outside of Florence, Italy—making me literally a Florence near Florence!

I would not hesitate to recommend Sylva for Reiki and other services. Sylva’s intuitive nature and compassion for her clients is a winning combination. I felt restored and peaceful at the conclusion of our session.
I loved the guidance on ways to connect with nature, including the full moon. Sylva did a great job of guiding me and empowering me on my path.
This is a wonderful course to get in touch with your intuition. There are a lot of different exercises like Tarot Readings, Element Walks and Journaling, so for me the benefit wasn´t just about intuition but also about connecting to the elements in a shamanic way. Maybe a bit unexpected about an intuition course but for me music, singing and dancing has come back to my life, yeah!
I loved the weekly homework; the tarot spreads, the rituals, the spells… I felt very connected to my inner self while doing the course and while working with Sylva in general, almost like I had made a new friend. Sylva is fantastic in her guidance super encouraging and gentle. Would absolutely recommend.
I liked this course because the teacher has an usual way to teach the magic, it was approachable and fun . It changed my perspective in relation with Tarot cards. A very good invitation for beginners to connect with nature, an initiation in different types of rituals and a better connection with yourself in the end . The course empowers you to trust your inner feelings, to escape from the rationale mind and to find solutions in a creative way.
I love Sylva’s calm tone and ability to make me feel like it is okay to just be. To take time for myself and not having to stress all the time. She has so much knowledge and I would love to dive deeper into her universe and learn much more from her. Taking time to slow down and listen to nature and do rituals is something that I am not good at prioritizing, but something that once I do, makes my whole body feel better. I really felt huge differences in my stress levels and wellbeing just from a few “simple” exercises that Sylva provided and I wish to be able to create a routine for myself that I would prioritize as I know it would be life changing. The small things are often the ones we tend to not prioritize, but also often the ones that can really change the way we feel and think. Sylva was very good at making it easy for a curious yet rational sceptic like myself to relax and let go. It was my first Reiki session ever, and I especially appreciated the pre-session part where she thoroughly explained how it all worked, making me feel safe and at ease. This helped me let my walls down and genuinely immerse myself in the experience. I loved it! I cannot recommend her enough, also because I was struggling with shoulder and neck pain. After our session, it felt so much better–kind of like I’d had a massage! I will definitely be back for more.
