As voluntarily agreed on in the application form that you submitted, there is a back-out fee for those partners who are selected to facilitate a retreat event and then back out from facilitating that event for whatever reason. We hope that you understand that we impose this fee and enforce this back-out policy because it requires substantial energy, time, and resources to have to be tasked to refill event slots and not being able to do so hurts Awakenpedia’s reputation and trust among retreat attendees and partners alike.
